Yes, you can pursue D.El.Ed and a BA together, but in different modes i.e. one from distance and one from regular. As, pursuing both D.El.Ed and B.A. in regular mode (attending classes physically) is typically not allowed. Universities and colleges rarely offer both programs concurrently, and even if they do, attending both sets of classes simultaneously would be practically impossible due to overlapping schedules.
