Generally, a Diploma is possible after 12th or after Graduation. I request you to find out the institution where you want to apply. That Institution must have laid out some rules and eligibility. Universities do not offer a Diploma without 12th as they make it part of Higher Education. Doing such a

Yes, you can do Diploma on your tenth result but you should have 50% at least in your 10th.

Yes, you can do Diploma and show your class 10th result, but once you show this every time everywhere, you need to show the same class 10th result, whenever it is required. There will be no meaning of your class 11th. Hope you understand. Thanks.
