No, as per UGC guidelines a students cannot pursue two degrees from a same University at the same time. However, you can pursue integrated programs offers by the Universities, which saves time and cost of the student. In this regard I will suggest you The Chandigarh University, Punjab. You can pursue two degrees simultaneously but one from regular and one from distance learning. You can't go for a dual degree within the same university or campus.
