    No you cannot do a dual degree like psychology and fine arts from the same university at the same time in India but if you are looking for good university to pursue psychology and fine arts then Chandigarh University is best.     No, as per UGC guidelines a students cannot pursue two degrees from a same University at the same time. However, you can pursue integrated programs offers by the Universities, which saves time and cost of the student. In this regard I will suggest you The Chandigarh University, Punjab. Check out the courses they offer in both the mode and the career prospects a student can have after graduation from the University. All the best!

    No, you cannot combine two degrees, but if you want to study psychology or fine arts, I would recommend Chandigarh University.     No you cannot do two degrees all together but if you wan to do psychology or fine arts I would like to recommend Chandigarh university for the same.     You can pursue two degrees simultaneously but one from regular and one from distance learning. You can't go for a dual degree within the same university or campus.
