    Hi,
According to Indian Education Act-1959 at the same time you cannot be considered for two courses. You may do it but cannot show it in your resume at once. So it is better if you could consult the university authorities and get the complete specific details and also mention them the two courses you want to do simultaneously. In case one of the universities may help to offer you NOC (No Objection Certificate).
It is not easy to manage two courses simultaneously since you will not do justice to any of them. You can take admission in two universities for sure. But you have to join one university in person while you can enroll with a dis

sometimes academic qualifications become ornamental and are useful only to a certain extent.publications are sometimes a very good idea .acquiring a qualification from a good iinstitution and then beginning further probe into the subject will prove an added advantage.

    Hi,
Well to be honest pursuing 2 degrees that too both related to the same field wile not be a wise decision. Rather I would suggest you to go for a simple Masters degree in Mass Com that too from a reputed institute.
Mass Comm is a very broad domain and has a lot to offer such as Journalism, advertising,Marketing, PR etc. so you can opt anyone and specialize in it. As it will be difficult for me to explain every category to you in detail, I am providing you with list of articles that you can go through and get a clear picture!

Two recognised degrees or higher courses at the same time is not legal as per the current norms, let's hope the situation changes once Meta Universities come to India. A degree along with a certificate course of duration 6 months or so is permitted as per rules. But there are many people who learn two courses simultaneously. At the time of applying for jobs, they include the most relevant degree suitable for the job and hide information about the other degree and save time for obtaining two degrees.
