Can I do a job and B.Tech together?

I completed my Diploma in mechanical and also got a placement in an MNC. Is it ok to do a job along with B.Tech?

Yes, for sure. But, make sure you give proper time to your B.Tech course too, as percentage in your B.Tech will matter.

Yes, you can. But, your job must be part time. If you do full time job, you can't complete your regular B.Tech course. Then, you have to choose Distance or part time B.Tech, and keep in mind that part time degree do not have as much importance as the full time B.Tech degree. If you are in regular course and you are doing job, then this experience will not help you in your cv, as you are doing a regular B.Tech course.

According to me, I think you can do both things at a time but, there will be a problem that you can't do full time course while doing the job. So, I would like to suggest you that go for part time or distance learning course, but keep in mind that part time degree do not have as much importance as the full time B.Tech degree.

B.Tech degree syllabus and content is heavy and requires a lot of effort and dedication. You may not able to take up full-time job and load of engineering studies together. You are advised against it because you will spoil both.
