Can I do a Masters in journalism from abroad after doing Bachelors from Chandigarh University?

Yes, of course, you can. You need to clear English proficiency test i.e. IELTS for that and the required band set by the particular university in which you are interested.

Thank you MA'am but I come to know that in upcoming 3 years migration of students can be stopped so is it true?

Yes, you can do it. Just take IELTS or TOEFL and according to the band, you will get the college abroad.
