Can I do a PGDM after gaining 3-years of work experience? Is it worth it?

I am a B.Com graduate and haven't pursued further education after it.

MBA or PGDM after few years experience is preferred option in term of learning of management principles and roles you may get in campus placement. Learning is better because experienced students can better relate to case studies and its applications based on personal experience. Experienced students get average 30% extra salary ovef fresher. Your decision to do PGDM after experince is a right decision. All the best!
