Hi,
Yes you may go ahead. There is no age limit.
Eligibility for PhD in Clinical Psychology is-
2 years full time MA/M.Sc. in Psychology/ Counseling Psychology/ Psychological Counseling/ Applied Psychology/ M.Phil. degree in Mental Health and Social Psychology/ M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology

Aftre complete master degree ou can do Ph.D. you have to give entrance test for get admision in Ph.D.
