    In order to get admission in any university of USA you have to appear in the following examinations and secure good marks.
    1) GRE (Graduate Record Examination)
    2) TOEFL / IELTS (Test of English for the people whole national language is not English)
    After getting clear these exams you need to fill form of that institute and they will contact you if you make place in their merit list. All the best for your future.

    Yes you can. You just only need a good marks in GRE (Graduate Record Examination) and TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language) for which you can appear at one of there's many test centre in India.
