Im a bcom gard and I'm crrntly doing M.com from a reglar univrsty(pvt regstrtn).Can i regster 4 a UG course in IGNOU at the same time? Is there any legal problem in doing this? can i also put this in my resume in future? will there be any problem? Can i use this Ug 4m IGNOU to study abroad?

Technically and legally, there is no problem. However, it appears that your B.Com is not good for whatever reasons and because of that only, you want to pursue another degree. This will create problem while seeking admission in abroad university. Your PG has to be after UG.
