Can I do Aerospace Engineering (as M.Tech) after B.E in Electrical Engineering?

Hello Sir, I am studying BE in Electrical Engineering.I want to do M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering after it.If it is possible,I want to join IIT for it.So what process will take place for admission in IIT for Aerospace Engineering?
