Can I do an M.A in Social Psychology from Mumbai University after graduating with a BMM Degree from the same?

I am currently pursuing my BMM and wanted to ask if Mumbai University allows students with other degrees than B.A Psychology to do the Master. I am specifically asking about the eligibility for Mumbai University.
