Can I do an MBA degree in supply chain management after doing B.Tech mechanical engineering?

I do not have any kind of job experience. I am a fresh graduate.

    Yes, definitely you can do MBA in logistics and supply chain even without an experience. Since you are an engineer, it will be easier for you to cope up with the course.
