Can I do an MBA in automobile management even though I haven't taken up automobile engineering in graduation??

I hold a Bachelor's degree i Electronics & Communication. However, I realize that my true passion lies in the automotive industry. I am unsure whether I am eligible for an MBA in Automobile Management. Please advise. Also please let me know which colleges provide such an MBA course.

If you have a passion for the automotive industry, surely you must be aware of the latest trends, inside stories as well as the technology and inside stories. IF so, graduation in any discipline would do.You only have to have the GRIT and the PASSION for automobile engineering and management in that
