Can I do animation and vfx both together.. at a same time..??? And what's the course fees.???

Yes, normally any long term animation course itself with cover both 2D and 3D VFX. Such courses will cost some thing around 2 to 4+ L. Normally maximum of the institute will have EMI facility on 0% interest rate.
