    Hello Jayanth,
    PCM in class 12th. Admission will be based on percentage in class 12th (PCM) and score in entrance exams such as NATA or JEE Main. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is:
    Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks as per NATA 2019 or JEE Main (Paper II) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2019-20). 50% marks in 10+2 with mathematics as a compulsory subject.

    It was possible some years ago in Rachna Sansad, Mumbai and Pune University for students with a commerce background in high school to take up the Bachelor in Architecture course.
    But now, Council of Architecture only allows Science students in school to take up Architecture at the graduate level. So, only if you have studied Physics, Chemistry and or Maths will you be allowed to take it up. In addition to this, you have to write National Aptitude Test for Architecture to be eligible for Bachelor in Architecture courses. There are some universities that allow students from other backgrounds to take up Masters in Planning or Urban Manage
