Hello Jayanth,
PCM in class 12th. Admission will be based on percentage in class 12th (PCM) and score in entrance exams such as NATA or JEE Main. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is:
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with English or equivalent,

It was possible some years ago in Rachna Sansad, Mumbai and Pune University for students with a commerce background in high school to take up the Bachelor in Architecture course.
But now, Council of Architecture only allows Science students in school to take up Architecture at the graduate level. S
