CAD is fruitful for Civil engineers, all vaccany are for them, Only few jobs for Computer Sc graduate. Its better to find job in Programming, Animation, gaming, VFX etc.

Autocad or CADD Civil will do. Fee may be on the higher side for CADD at CADD Centres all over India.
