My marks in 12th(science stream) will be poor.

Hi,
Yes, you can pursue B.Com after completing 12th in Science stream.
However, the eligibility may vary from institutes to institute.
For example, the required marks for admission to this course will be different for a science student than that required by a student who completed 12th in Commerce
