Can I do B.Com & any Diploma course in German together from Delhi university?

I'm 12th passed. I'm thinking to do B.Com & language course together because of demand of foreign languages in business field.

    you can pursue your B.Com degree course and simultaneously learn a German language for better career prospects. A graduate can parallelly pursue a Diploma/ Certificate same time.
