Can I do B.Com regular (degree) with ITI regular (certificate) course at the same time? Will it be valid or not?

You can't do both the courses at same time because both the courses are regular and regular courses can't be done at the same time.

If you want to do both courses from any university then it's not possible because your LC is to be submitted to university and then only you can get admission. But no one gives you 2 LC so it's not possible. It is only possible to get 2 LC after graduation.
