Can I do B.Com via distance from PGRRCDE as I've done a 3-years Diploma in electrical and electronics engg. with 66% from SBTET-Hyderabad?

Will I get admission in the 2nd year or do I need to study 1st year? I don't want to do B.Tech, please help.

@VINAYAK DEODHAR. Thank you very much sir for your quick reply, as far as I have enquired Telangana government is'nt issuing such +2 equivalent certificate. So can I join B.Com (3yrs) without any equivalent certificate? Will it create any problems in future if my qualification is 10th + 3yrs Diploma
