Can I do B.E in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering or CSE after doing Diploma in automobile engineering?

Yes, you can pursue BE in any branch after completing Diploma, but you will get admission in the first year. If you opt for B.E in the same branch or similar branch then you can get admission in the second year.
