    The second choice sounds interesting. Your previous BTech background is suited more for a position relevant to the study, namely ECE.You should either be an engineer or a Professor of the subject concerned. You also consider the investment made by the Government and your parent for your study.

    You can definitely if you wish to be a teacher. Alternatively, you may complete your masters and take NET to join as the assistant professor in colleges.
