Can I do b.ed and M.a from two different open university at same session as DEC has announced new rule to percue two courses at same time

I m doing M.A in education from open university but latter I found that I need b.ed degree to be complete in educational background,I decided to do b.ed from some other open university or regular mode.Here I have seen in a letter of DEC that students can do two courses at same session in combination
