Can I do B ed and Phd together from same University

a year agoUGC has allowed me to pursue 2 courses at the same time, but it is doifficult to pursue B.Ed and Ph.D at the same time as both require a lot of time and effort.
Although, one can pursue B.Ed and Ph.D from different universities for example B.Ed from IGNOU and Ph.D from another university.
