Can I do B.L.S. LL.B. after HSC with 12 years of gap?

I have passed HSC in 2007. Now after 12 years, I wish to do LLB 5-year degree course (BLS LLB). Is it possible? Can I study in Marathi language? What are the requirements to be fulfilled by me?
