Can I do B.Sc 2nd-year as regular after completing BA 1st year as a non-college student from Rajasthan University?

No, you cannot do that.you've to start again with 1st year if you want to change course . Make confident decision this time so that you don't have to think about changing things again.

Why do you wish to change the course? You need to start from the very first year for admission in this course.
