Can I do B.Sc in hospitality after doing B.Com?

Yes, B.Sc in hospitality can be pursued. But, the question is why you want to pursue it after third year B.Com. If you are already in third year B.Com, then go for M.Com or MBA. If hospitality is something which you are fascinated about, then do some small courses in hospitality or hotel management
