B.Sc graduates with PCM subjects in class 12th are eligible for lateral entry into 2nd year of engineering. You may evaluate Manipal Institute of Technology for lateral entry in B.Tech.

You may please look at MIT website. There are a large number of engineering colleges offer lateral entry admission for B.Sc graduates. You may choose any based on your personal needs.
