    But JVWU provides B.Tech in biotechnology for PCB students. You can seek for this college if you want.

    No, you cannot.
    For every technical course, you need Mathematics in your top five subjects without which you can not apply for B.Tech.
    If you want to go in the field of biotechnology, you can do B.Sc in Bio-Tech.
