Commerce Student are Strictly not eligible to do B.Tech. To do B.Tech Person Must have Science With Physics , Chemistry and maths in 10 + 2.......even you ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO DO EVEN BCA AS you doesn't have maths in 10 +2 . Informatics practices is just a Subject nothing else if you don't have maths

A B Teh would be possible if you have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at +2 with an aggregate of at least 50%, entrance qualified. Alternate tracks would be to go for Diploma based on 10th standard marks and later apply for lateral entry to B Tech. AMIE/AMIETE is also not a bad track
