Hello Karan, According to your marks, your chances are very slim for getting any top private colleges. So, try via management quota if you want to study in any good college. All the best.

I come under below poverty line and I have (AAY Ration Card), can I get admission in IPU on the basis of my ration card and don't have my own home?

Only private universities are a choice for you and that too from management quota or else, you have very slim chances to get into universities.
