    Hi
Yes, you can go for B.Tech without appearing in JEE. Eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Tech in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with physics, mathematics and English) and you have to qualify some entrance test of the university. There are a lot of options available for you which you can choose for your further career like you can go for engineering in different streams like B.Tech in CSE (Computer Science engineering), Information technology (IT), Mechanical engineering (ME), Civil engineering, Chemical engineering, Biomedical engineering, Biotechnology, Food technology, Electrical engineering,

Yes sure. But for this, you have choice of private college only. In getting the admission in it you have to pass the entrance exam conducted by them with a very good marks in order to get a seat in your required branch. Private exams are like UPES, ATIT SRMJEE, LPU-NEST GALGOTIA ENTRANCE EXAM etc. Many other private colleges have their own entrance exam. Also you can go for state level exam such as WBJEE UPSEE and the other state exam of Gujarat Maharashtra etc. By qualifying this exam you get the government college also.
    Best of luck.
