Yes, you can go for B.Tech without appearing in JEE. Eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Tech in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with physics, mathematics and English) and you have to qualify some entrance test of the university. There are a lot of options a

Yes sure. But for this, you have choice of private college only. In getting the admission in it you have to pass the entrance exam conducted by them with a very good marks in order to get a seat in your required branch. Private exams are like UPES, ATIT SRMJEE, LPU-NEST GALGOTIA ENTRANCE EXAM etc. M
