Can I do BA 2nd year by non-collegiate after failing in a compulsory subject of 1st year regular exams?

    No, you cannot do that you have to start again with the first year examination and if you want to change the course you will do it now may confident decisions this time in your life so that you don't have to think about changing things again and feeling about in the examination suggest good luck and have a bright future.
