Can I do BA after completing Diploma in civil engineering?

Yes, you can, but it will eat your time. I think, it doesn't make any sense. But, if you want to do then go for it. IGNOU will be good for you. There are three ways to complete your graduation. Credit transfer, lateral entry and breaking study. You will get the admission as a lateral entry.

IGNOU is good. You will GET the admission in Rajasthan centre of IGNOU.
