can i do ba economics from pu chandigarh after 4 year gap?

I am planning to do ba economics this year from pu chandigarh but the problem is that i have 4 year gap since 2009 after my 12th.i am applying in govt college ludhiana for girls because it is best colege to pursue to ba economics? It is affilated to pu chandigarh? i had 85% in economics? help

if you have good marks in you previous education then you may apply , your gap is also consider , but if your academic record is good then it should be acceptable
