Can I do BA English (H) as I failed in physics (ISC) but I am awarded a pass certificate, so am I eligible?

If you have cleared all the subjects of class 12th you have the relevant documents (Mark-sheet and passing certificate which are required in the admission process in any university), then there shouldn't be any problem.
