Can I do BA LLB (regular) and LLM through distance education at the same time?

You cannot pursue a law course through distance as it is not approved by the BCI.

No, it's not possible as LLM is a Masters degree, which can be done only after completing LLB and qualifying entrance for admission in LLM.
