Can I do Bachelors from Pearl and then apply abroad? (UK/France/Germany/etc.)

I've been accepted to Pearl but I want to do Masters abroad and people are claiming that they give out fake. But now Pearl is saying that they will give out degrees from this year forward. Will that degree be worth it?
