yes. you can do BBA .
but I will suggest to pursue Science in graduation that will give you vast options for career -
yes for sure u can do any course apart from going in medical field choose the best option u have interest in.al the best. -

ofcourse u can switch to BBA for higher education but u need to do some extra efforts for it, because as a Science background it is quite difficult to learn the concepts of laders and accounts etc.
