Yes, you can do BBA after scoring average low percentage in 12th standard but there are such steps you should follow:
THERE IS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR MARKS IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE DIRECT ADMISSION. SOME COLLEGES ARE THERE WHO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP ON THE BASIS OF 12th MARKS
TRY TO TAKE ADMISSION IN COLLEGE WHICH HAVE A GOOD PLACEMENT HISTORY
DON'T WORRY ABOUT JOB IF AFTER GRADUATION THERE ARE ALOT OF OPPORTUNITY WAITING FOR YOU AFTER GRADUATION
FEE. THE SAME DEGREE YOU CAN PURSUE ON DIFFERENT ANNUAL FEES TRY YO ANALYSE WHICH COLLEGE WILL FITS IN YOUR BUDGET. GRAB THIS INFORMATION AS IMPORTANT.

Yes, you have to choose BBA course after 12th with 60% of marks. An education qualification is 12th standard from a recognised university. If you are belonging from commerce stream, then you have score minimum 50% of marks. If you have passed 12th class having English as one of the subjects, you are eligible to pursue BBA course. Since you have secured 60% marks at HSC level, there is no doubt you can certainly apply for BBA (Bachelor programme) course.
