This is a college affiliated to Punjab University and should be recognized. It is better, you first assess your degree with respect to the university's admission policy, the university where you want to apply to in Canada. Please contact your desired universities. Secondly, you have a three-year degree course which again must be checked with the universities for acceptance, universities in Canada mostly prefer a four-year degree course.
