Yes, you can almost all Universities allow admission in BCA to students having any stream in Class 12th. Computer or Maths subject in 12th class is not required for a student willing to take admission in BCA Course.

Yes, you can do BCA after 12th commerce without having a computer as any optional subject till your 12th.
