Can I do BCA in PSG college if I took commerce group with computer science? I will complete class 12th commerce with computer science.

Yes, you are eligible for the BCA, as in BCA you only have to develop computer applications that only needs coding. -
Eligibility for MCA in PSG College of Arts and Science:
A pass in any degree with mathematics at +2 levels or any degree with at least one paper in mathematics or statistics at degree level.
