Dear Abhijeet,
No, U cant do BCA & MCA at the same time. Because BCA is Under Graduate programme which is done after 12th and MCA is Post Graduate programme which is done after graduation.

you can do BCA+MCA course in minimum 6 year duration. First three year belongs to BCA and last three year belongs to MCA
