Yes, you can pursue BCA+MCA. it is a integrated course, some universities are also offering you the option to move with single degree, even you enrolled for integrated course.
its upto you to continue or to move out with single degree.
so choose the universities which are offering

You can pursue MCA after BCA. MCA is a good course and will fetch you good job opportunities.
