Can I do BCA or B.Com together? If yes, which course should I do from distance and which from regular?

I guess doing both the Bachelor courses together won't be relevant. Mostly the institutes provide you with any one of them at a time. You can askfor the same inthe colleges from which you want to pursue the course. I don't think both would be permitted but you can atleast ask for the same.
