diploma in civil engineering from eiilem university is valid?

hii i just want to say you that it will not be easy to do both the courses.... as there can be problems which you have to face.... i mean that may be the exams which are held in every 6 months may be on the same dates.....let say one subject of b.com and another of b.tech there exam is on same date
