Yes, you can do B. Com from Milestone institute of professional studies, GHAZIABAD. For this you have to complete your higher secondary examination (10+2) from a recognised educational board.According to me MIPS doesn't offer distance learning. You can contact MIPS. I can see that you have mentioned the name of Km. Mayawati Government Girls P.G. College, Badalpur and for this college yes, you can do b. Com but I think distance learning is not available. You can contact the college for further details - 0120 267 3010
