i got 48 %
from where can i do BE in IT

no, for BE, the eligibilioty criteria is HSC in science stream.

HI Akhil....I'm very sorry to disappoint you but you may not do B.E in IT after completing your HSC from ARTS stream. The minimum eligibility is is pass in HSC with 50+% aggregate and 60% IN PCM
